Intermission is Over

Last week Macy received word that she would be heading out to her mission on May 18th.  After waiting for 6 weeks to hear what her plans would be this was welcomed news! We quickly learned that saying good-bye the second time was just as hard.  Because of Covid-19, only ticketed passengers are allowed inside the Salt Lake City Airport, but because Macy had several pieces of luggage, one adult was allowed to go inside to help her get checked in. I (mom) chose myself to be the one to help her!  Many tears were shed, again, but we are so excited and happy for Macy to truly begin her mission in beautiful California.
